This page explains how this website works and what happens when you send an enquiry.

The assessment form

When you submit the form, your name, optional company, email address and workflow description are sent over HTTPS to our website server. The server emails your enquiry to hello@aienabler.dev through Namecheap Private Email using an encrypted SMTP connection. Your address is used as the reply-to address so we can respond.

We use these details to discuss your enquiry and arrange the assessment. The website does not keep a separate database of enquiries or save form details in browser storage. Messages are retained in our business email account while needed to handle your enquiry and any subsequent work. Please leave out confidential documents and your customers' personal information.

To limit spam, the server temporarily holds your IP address and submission timestamps in memory for up to one hour. Enquiry contents are not written to application logs. If sending fails, your details remain in the form so you can retry or email us directly.

When you email us directly

Your message travels through your email provider to our business mailbox. We use it to respond to your enquiry.

Cookies and website resources

This website does not set cookies or use advertising or analytics trackers. Fonts, styles and scripts are served with the website. The hosting server may keep technical access logs, such as requested pages, timestamps and IP addresses.
